Excellent location near Thonglor, so very close to the BTS station. Choice of Ekkamai close by too. A small hotel which packs a punch. Rooms very clean and well designed.

Worthy of the InterContinental name. Works like a Swiss watch, staff superb -Everything clean, elegant, and in order. Jazz bar defiantly worthy of patronage. They have live music every night and they clearly pay more each night as the week moves along and the bar busier. Best acts are at the weekend. That said the ones they book Monday and Tuesday (people learning their craft) are highly entertaining if perhaps for the wrong reasons.

We were impressed with the great service rendered. Bert, the head concierge, helped us book day tour and spa reservations. He also gave great recommendations on good restaurants in Bangkok. A few of the good restaurants were in the hotel’s vicinity. This made up for our mistake in booking the wrong Intercontinental. We were always warmly greeted by the staff each time we came home at the end of the day. Room was spacious, clean, cosy and comfortable.

Arriving at the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the friendly parking staff and the swift check-in process. The front desk staff worked efficiently and professionally, getting me settled in my room quickly. The room itself lived up to expectations for a new hotel - it was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious and provided high-end amenities, making it a real treat. The large TV also came in handy for catching the soccer game after a long day. Though I didn't have time to try the state-of-the-art gym or the stunning pool with its panoramic views, they both looked incredibly inviting. I went to an evening cocktail at the Club Lounge. We enjoyed a variety of delicious drinks while watching the sunset paint the sky in vibrant hues. The "Thonglor Sundown" cocktail was a real highlight - I highly recommend it! Location was also very good. The hotel is located near BTS Thong Lor station. There are many restaurants, bars, and cafes around the hotel. After dinner, we stopped by at ROGUES bar on the second floor. Its modern ambiance and live music were the perfect ingredients for a relaxing evening. The next morning, breakfast was enjoyed at the bright and airy restaurant on the 4th floor. They offered both à la carte options and a diverse buffet, and I liked starting my day with a refreshing coconut juice. Thank you to the InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit hotel and its exceptional staff for making my weekend stay so enjoyable!

We got a standard room. It was small. Not recommended for a family. Then we got upgraded to a bigger room and it was perfect and with sofa bed options for our kids. We got free breakfast and 3000 bhat credit option on booking.com.
